Yes, monthly packages are “tailor-made”, according to your wishes and needs. Furthermore, they can be modified after the agreement has been signed and running for some time. At IPC, we are very flexible and we are willing to do everything in our reach to deliver exceptional service and total satisfaction

Yes, we can work with all vendors, yours or ours.  We get in contact and grant them access to your property, oversee their work, and report back to you when their work is completed.

Yes, they are. During our many years of property management experience, we have had the privilege to work alongside the best, being able to combine our supervision, knowledge, and network of responsible and reliable vendors to match the high standard of our clients’ needs.

This is an electronic report we use to inform about all the details of the properties we serve. It includes photographs and comments of any work done on the property.

The report is emailed to clients as an attachment and includes a summary of the property’s status; typically, the report is sent within 24 hours after the job is completed.

We do not participate in property leasing activities. Instead, we make it easy for tenants to move after they have signed a lease, including check-in and check-out, cleanings, and maintenance of the property.

We do not do real estate, we only facilitate access in short-term rentals, provide cleaning service, and we inform you of the integrity of the property.

We typically work with clients to determine a pre-set budget for repairs. Anything below this number, such as air conditioning maintenance or plumbing leaks, will be paid for without approval. For any amount over the pre-set budget, such as appliance repairs or replacements, we will discuss the issue and seek your approval before proceeding.

Our service agreements do not require a long-term commitment. Once we determine the services, you can cancel them at any time, just letting us know 30 days in advance. 

We call it a Service Agreement, it is not a contract that you have to sign for one year, it is just an agreement between us that you can terminate at any time by giving us 30-day notice.

No, you select the services you need. The main service we offer is Home Management packages, at a monthly rate, but we can also work on an hourly basis, where we take instructions from you based on your specific needs and the needs of the property.

In the event of a hurricane, we have a special hurricane service agreement available to clients. Under this agreement we take a number of measures to prepare for a hurricane. We also assist with post-hurricane inspection and clean-up

Once you sign on with us, you will be assigned a property supervisor, who will oversee all aspects of managing your property. Whenever you have a request or question, you can call, email, or text your supervisor, who will respond immediately once the request is received.
