I have my own vendors. Can IPC work with them?

Are IPC’s vendors trusted and reliable?

What is an electronic client report?
It is a detailed report we provide after any work is completed on your property. It includes photos, comments, and a summary of the property’s status, ensuring you stay fully informed. This report is provided on a monthly basis, a valuable tool for property management firms to keep clients in the loop

Do I need to approve repair costs?
We establish a pre-set repair budget with you. For any repairs under this limit, such as routine home maintenance services, we proceed without approval. For expenses exceeding the set amount, we’ll consult you before moving forward, ensuring you’re always in control.
How long do I need to sign a contract for?
Our service agreements are commitment-free. You can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. We don’t lock you into long-term contracts — it’s a flexible agreement tailored to your needs.
Do you only offer monthly packages?
No, we offer both monthly home management packages and an hourly service option. You can choose the services that suit your property’s needs, whether on a recurring or one-time basis, making us one of the most adaptable property management firms in the marketplace
We call it a Service Agreement, it is not a contract that you have to sign for one year, it is just an agreement between us that you can terminate at any time by giving us 30-day notice.
Do you manage long-term rentals?

Will you help find tenants to rent my property?
No, we don’t handle leasing activities. However, we do facilitate tenant check-ins, check-outs, cleanings, and property maintenance services, making the rental process seamless for you.
